Incitec Pivot is a 17,251  sqm storage and distribution facility in Port Adelaide for major fertiliser company, Incitec Pivot Fertilisers.

Under the development arrangements with Flinders Ports, the facility was delivered the warehouse, heavy vehicle hard stand and administration offices for Incitec Pivot Fertilisers on a long-term lease.
