Mark Brammy

Chief Executive Officer

Mark is responsible for the overall strategic direction of Terre Property. His unwavering focus offers exceptional results for investors and ensures positive customer experiences are delivered in a collaborative team environment.

With over 20 years’ experience in the industrial and logistical property industry. Mark was the Managing Director of Integrated Logistics Partners, a Straits Real Estate sponsored direct property investment vehicle targeting pre-leased development and value-add strategies across key Australian cities. During this role he successfully grew the portfolio to approximately $500 million.

Mark Pettman

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer of Terre Property, Mark utilises his interpersonal skills to ensure corporate governance and appropriate systems and procedures are implemented to provide all relevant stakeholders a positive experience.

With over 20 years’ experience working for both publicly listed and private companies in the property industry, Mark was previously the Director of Asset Management for Integrated Logistics Partners, where he developed a rigorous solutions-based approach to solving complex property issues ensuring key stakeholder requirements are met.

Jing Wang

Group Financial Controller

As the Group Financial Controller at Terre Property, Jing is responsible for financial and management reporting, taxation, distributions and compliance requirements. Jing has excellent stakeholder management skills and provides deep business insights that influence decision making at the executive management level.

Jing has over 15 years of experience within the property and financial services industry having previously held roles with JLL and AMP Capital where she was responsible for the financial management of $2 billion worth of iconic property assets located in Victoria.

Nick Pope

Development Director

As the Development Director at Terre Property, Nick is responsible for the delivery of the group’s development pipeline and master planned estate strategies, achieving outstanding outcomes in line with budgetary and timing requirements.

Nick has over 15 years’ experience in the construction and property development industry and has delivered residential, commercial, and industrial projects of up to $500 million in value. He has successfully negotiated key lease agreements with groups including Telstra, Asahi and Coca-Cola European Partners to name a few.

As the Transactions Manager, Ben is primarily focused on identifying and analysing investment opportunities consistent with Terre’s mandated objectives. Ben is also responsible for managing the due diligence process, while also providing aspects of fund, asset management and investor communications.

Prior to joining the Terre Property team, Ben previously held positions within the National Australia Bank, most recently managing a significant portfolio of government and institutional assets.

Jake Forster

Asset Manager

Jake has over 10 years’ experience in the property industry, with a strong Asset Management background having worked across both industrial and commercial sectors with experience in valuations at Knight Frank and building Facilities Management and Asset Management with JLL.

During this time Jake has built an extensive professional real estate network across Australia, utilising and maintaining strong industry relationships.

Sophia Klem

Transaction Analyst

Sophia is involved in the investment origination phase of projects, providing support in the identification and assessment of opportunities. Sophia undertakes quantitative and qualitative analysis of potential investments and assists in the preparation of investor communications.

Sophia has experience operating across both the South Australian and Victorian property markets as an Analyst in JLL’s Tenant Representation team. With a background in corporate finance, Sophia has previously worked in Deloitte’s Mergers & Acquisitions Valuation division.

Ben is responsible for the day to day operations of all development projects in the portfolio ensuring delivery is on track to meet stakeholder requirements.

Prior to joining the Terre Property team, Ben was overseeing residential development projects in the ACT.

Ben has over 8 years experience in the property industry with backgrounds in valuations, asset management and development.

June has over 15 years experience in providing audit and assurance services for a range of entities and organisations, including SMSFs and associated corporations with KPMG Malaysia and Grant Thornton Adelaide.

During this time June has built an extensive knowledge ensuring delivery of high-quality financial reporting.
